I just subscribed and my projects are not syncing across devices

You need to perform a manual sync (upload) of each project on your device.

  1. Open your project
  2. Open the project menu (top right icon)
  3. Tap on "Upload to Project Cloud"
  4. Verify the sync by logging in to the web portal or using another device

Optional Step: Once you have verified your data, you can use the "Remove from Device" option to free up space if you do not intend to use the "Work Offline" functions.

Note: This is only required once for each project created as a free user.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Upgrading to a paid subscription is as simple as following these steps:

  1. Visit our pricing page
  2. Select yearly for a 20% discount
  3. Select your team size
  4. Click Free trial

IMPORTANT: Make sure you log in and subscribe using the same email that your are logged into the app with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription and access invoices, visit your account billing page and use the Manage Subscription button to access the billing details and invoices.
